Im so very much happy right now...I RECEIVED MY GREEEN CARD..this afternoon :dance: ..I still cant beleive it :thumbs:..I thought it was an RFE but its not..I dont have any TOUCHED since I done my biometrics but God is really good nothing is impossible in HIM.Just keep praying...I still didn't received my EAD but I dont care anymore as long I have my GC..I can start process my state ID & my driver's license now...It is true that no more interview if the case was been transferred to CSC....To all my fellow VJ'ers there just keep on praying on your next....

12/01/08 --------- marriage

01/22/09 ---------AOS sent

01/25/09 ---------USCIS recieved

02/04/09 ---------check cashed

02/06/09 ---------Receipt(I765)

02/07/09 ---------receipt(I485)

02/10/09 ---------Transfer Notice(CSC)

02/11/09 ---------Received Notice of Change Address

02/17/09 ---------Appointment Notice

02/19/09 ---------Touched(I485)

02/28/09 ---------Biometrics(Dallas)

04/13/09 ---------Green Card Received

CONRATULATIONS! :dance: I think we should celebrate together, because I received my GREEN CARD today as well.;-)

And me too, thought it would be RFE, because we even didn't send my husband's employer letter or pay stubs. So I was surprised and happy at the same time. :star:

AOS (K-1):

01/08/09 - AOS/EAD/AP sent

01/12/09 - packet delivered (USPS)

01/16/09 - NOA 1 (AOS/EAD/AP)

01/20/09 - NOAs recieved in a mail

01/26/09 - biometric appointment letter received in a mail

02/17/09 - biometric appointment

03/17/09 - case transferred to California Service Center

03/23/09 - AP received (issued 03/17/09)

03/25/09 - EAD received (issued 03/17/09)

04/13/09 - GREEN CARD received without interview (issued on April 6th)

Total: 3 months of waiting.

Wow Congrats...i sent my AOS Nov 24,2008 i got Ead & AP transferred to CSC and untill now no GC...!!!!!

So happy for yah hope mine next!!!

Most of the time there is no interview after being transfered to CSC.

Naturalization

3/23/14 - N400 package sent to Phoenix

3/27/14 - N400 package delivered

4/3/14 - NOA1 receipt date

4/4/14 - check cashed

04/29/14 - biometrics date

07/01/14 - interview date

xx/xx/xx - Oath Ceremony
