Today i just got my I-129F returned to me for some reason i dont understand i hope someone here can help me with it

Heres what it says on the paper with my forms :

"Our Records indicate that your I-130 is no longer pending. The I-129F (K3) petition for your spouse can only be accepted by the service center if the underlying I-130 petition is currently pending."

I did already received NOA1 for I-130....maybe i sent it to the wrong place?

i might have sent it to late.....if so would i have to resend I-130 and pay once more?

You said the letter said your( I-130 is no longer PENDING) ? Did you get approved and dont know it yet??? I would check on line with USCIS. Or just call USCIS and see what is going on.

Truly happy!!!

The only way you would of been "late" sending it, is if you have been approved!!!!! Call USCIS.

Besides a CR-1 visa is much better then a K3 Visa. Why file for a K3???

Truly happy!!!

So your approved??? Fix what? If your approved I-130, and USCIS returned your I-120F then your going to interview for a CR-1 visa, that is the best visa.

Truly happy!!!

Based on the what you have quoted above, it looks like your I-130 has been approved. Follow the CR-1 visa route through NVC and you are good to go. Don't bother with the I-129F anymore.

Good Luck!!!

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive, and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!
