Question about RFE

I recieved an rfe to send in a copy of my i-94 in regards to my i-485 application, I sent in the requested evidence ethe next day. How likely is it that my i-765 will be delayed. I sent my application of in February and completed biometrics in March.

They suspend processing when they issue an RFE - so it could be delayed slightly (by the amount of time it took to generate the RFE, you to respond and them to recognize your response). Processing resumes once they receive your response (and it is presumably what they were asking for).

If the I-765 was filed with the I-485 it was also suspended and will be re-energized (for lack of better term) when the RFE is responded to, same as the I-485. No telling how long it will take to get back on track. Maybe 1 day, maybe 1 month.
