Thank you all for your updates and inputs. I sincerely hope we are all close to approval now as I feel it has been long enough. It is a strange world when it is but a privilege to join ones wife, when I think of it I am rather dismayed.

Still lets keep our chins up and pray that we all come through this period in our lives with joy in our hearts. For our USC's that are so patient throughout this painful process I salute you, for it is sure testament to the love we have for one another. There is light at the end of the tunnel for those who have vision.

Hi Arthur and Roberta,

I think that I have same problem as you, but we filed my I-130 on Dec. 2008 and still no respond, as I see some people get approval in less than a month! I don't know how it works! Are you able to call to USCIS from England? I am trying to call from Canada but it doesn't work. However I wish you and all others in VJ all the best!

I have never attempted to call USCIS from the UK but I see no reason why you should not be able to call from Canada. Perhaps you have to drop the 1 from the 1-800 number to get access. Roberta has always called with regards to ourselves as she is in the US.

Perhaps there is someone else who can help with this for I personally do not know?
