It depends what you need to send them because they have different offices handling different cases. If you're not sure, you can always call their 800 #.

05/10/07 - NVC receives petition, case # assigned

08/08/07 - Case Complete

09/27/07 - Interview, visa granted

10/02/07 - POE

11/16/07 - Received green card and Welcome to America letter in the mail

Removing Conditions

07/06/09 - I-751 sent to CSC

08/14/09 - Biometrics

09/27/09 - Approved

10/01/09 - Received 10 year green card

U.S. Citizenship

03/30/11 - N-400 sent via Priority Mail w/ delivery confirmation

05/12/11 - Biometrics

07/20/11 - Interview - passed

07/20/11 - Oath ceremony - same day as interview

ohhh i need the one to REQUEST TO UPGRADE I-130.. since my husband file my I-130 b4 when he was still an LPR and now he is USC, our case is still in USCIS...anybody knows? thanks

You have to know what Service center of USCIS is processing your case.There should be an address on his Notice of action 1.

Incase you dont have that available ,use the following link to search thru your zip code and the webpage have links for each service center's address as well.

Aug 07,09 USEM is requesting applicant's passport :)

Aug 17,09-call 1 Visa issued Aug 3rd,EM recvd passport on 10th but still havent returned it

Aug 17,09-call 2 Case pending some kind of processing (URGHHHHHHHHH NOT AGAIN)

Aug 18,09 call to pick up passport,picked up from AMEX

tell to ur husband to call at uscis and upgrade pending petition. they will ask him some information. as my husband did and after 2 days we received letter from them that our case has been upgraded. gudlack. we have the same situation.keep in touch

I suggest you call to upgrade and also send a letter along with naturalization certificate to upgrade the case as well.As in my case ,I called to upgrade and ask the operator specifically that "Do I need to send my naturalization certificate" and operator said no i dont have to as USCIS can just check in the systme.Two weeks later I received a letter requesting to send ,copy of naturalization certificate.So just wasted some time in this process.
