Hi all -

I've been reading the guides and starting to gather my stuff for the packet I have to send to my fiance (because I'm really hoping that NOA2 shows up in my mailbox any day now, and I want to be prepared!)...and I have a question. The guide says that along with the I-134 form and all the financial / bank info it asks for, that I need to send MORE proof of ongoing relationship? Is this in addition to the original pile of proof I sent w/ the I-129F? Do they only want proof from when I sent the I-129F to present? He's been over to visit once since then and I'm going over there to visit, but we don't take pictures together every time he comes over, and we don't have phone bills because we use phone cards to call. Will passport stamps and ticket stubs be sufficient?

Thanks!

Considering that the proof sent along with the I-129f is largely ignored by the USCIS (because it is optional evidence)... you should provide "proof" from date of filing forward to supplement...

This is more a consulate issue than a K-1 specific issue....

for the sake of this process, take some pictures, it will go a long way for you and you might want to use a phone card service that you can download the phone records...

yes, you should send more proof of relationship, as they might already lost the one that you sent with I-129F and also they need it some proof of ongoing relashanship, this can be, emails, phone cards, chat logs, skype, Plane ticket, Passport stamp, boarding card, photos together and etc.

more you send, is lot easier for them to make decision and then they now that is now based on fraud and scam.

You didn't need to send "proof of relationship" with the original I-129f filing, only proof you have met once in the last two years. But it won't hurt anything.

I would say, "Bring it all" but I believe the evidence you have since filing will be more important. You can sometimes get proof of calls from the phone cards. If they have a website go there and enter your PIN, some but not all, give a call log. We used (and still use to call or family in Ukraine) the "continental card" from PennyBoss. Google "PennyBoss". This card is cheap to use and gives a complete log of all calls. You can refill it online, even automatically if you want. Passport stamps and boarding passes are acceptable, but photos are probably best. I brought a ton of "evidence" and they only wanted to look at photos, nothing else.

Now, before you go any farther, read the guide all the way through AOS. You will need MORE evidence for this stage and it is best to know now, rather than just before your AOS interview.
