DS230 suporting documents...HELP again

I already send my DS230 form and some of the supporting documents.. but i am so confused again right now, Do we need to submit the Birth certificate of my hubby which is the petitioner to NVC? :unsure::unsure: somebody help....

another question I use ballpen when i write my case number and my name on the back of my visa photo, coz pencil is not clear, is that ok? :unsure:

The applicant, you, must submit the birth certificate. Maybe the VJ Wiki will help you: http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/DS-230#Part_I

Using an ink pen on the pictures is fine as long as the ink does not bleed through.

Naturalization

3/23/14 - N400 package sent to Phoenix

3/27/14 - N400 package delivered

4/3/14 - NOA1 receipt date

4/4/14 - check cashed

04/29/14 - biometrics date

07/01/14 - interview date

xx/xx/xx - Oath Ceremony
