Blue Slip Help

If you are given a blue slip and asked to turn in documents, does the same consulate officer who did the interview review these? Does anyone know?

Let's just say that you had proof that a consulate officer was giving you a blue slip because of a reason such as that consulate officer was your fiancee's ex boyfriend...etc.... is there anyway to ensure that you could have your documents looked at by a different officer?

Just curious...

Are you asking a hypothetical question or does this apply to your situation? As a follow up to your earlier medical exam question you seem to be worrying about some extreme circumstances.

There is no need to fan the conspiracy worry flames on VJ. There is plenty of that to go around already.

If that was the case (C.O. was your girl's ex-boy), then your chance of getting the PINK is as good as me getting elected President of the US. Might want to make a plan B, C, D, or M-oving there! IMHO! But I hope like Anh-Map (Big brother) said... are you asking a hypo question?

Wow, If this is true and "you can prove it..." you'd win in appeal should the case be sent back to the service center that approved the application. Also the CO would lose his job.

My two cents on the matter. Hope all goes well for you two.

Theoretically speaking, the CO in question should definitely recuse himself from the case. To interview a former girlfriend would definitely be unethical.

Why don't you worry about your "specific" case? Your hypothetical imagination is unlikely to happen in real life. You get blue slip in REAL life is because you didn't prepare well for your case and skim on spending $$$ to hire professional legal help.

wow, that's so weird. If this true. I would suggest you to doing these.

1. I think you should buy a lottery ticket.

2. Since your finacee dump her ex, it's your turn to dump your *(%$^&*.

3. Plan B is moving back to VN living with her.

Good luck to getting PINK slip. Please post more to let us know.

Thanks.

I just wonder that you are really need HELP/SUPPORT here. We are in VJ don't know what blue slip you were asked to turn in. Are there any issues that prevent to tell us?

I don't know how to tell you while you give us no clue about your case. The only things I can do is telling you to update your timeline first.
