I avoid dairy products.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

Ooooh... I love cheese. It does depend on the mood and what else is being served. I love havarti, gruyere, chevre, a good sharp cheddar, asiago, fresh mozarella (with homegrown tomato and basil.... oo-weee, come on August!)...

but the best cheese EVER is YAK CHEESE!

Looking forward to a nice yak cheese pizza in Nepal this June!!

:D

Many thanks to the Visajourney community for all the help!

I notice a lot of the USCs refering to "sharp" cheddar. On the assumption that "sharp" is the US term for "mature", then I agree - the sharper the better.

And I absolutely love Roule, too.

Velveeta. :P

I would say that just about all the cheeses listed on this poll so far are delish and yummy.

However, Velveeta is simply NOT cheese. I don't think it even qualifies as food!

(And yes, I do realize the poster wrote it with a tongue in cheek smiley ;) )

Pretty much, if it's cheese I'll eat it :)

Velveeta is a "processed cheese product".... has less than 51% cheese. The FDA determined that it doesn't even qualify as a "processed cheese food" (minimum 51% cheese).

Hence my joke about Velveeta being my favorite "cheese".

I actually love really sharp cheddars, brie, feta, goat cheese, Wensleydale w/cranberries and Jarlsberg swiss.

Not big on the stinky cheeses, though.

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).
