Lately I've been buying cream cheese. It's so delicious on a fresh slice of bread. On salads I love bleu cheese. I prefer sharp cheddar out of all the cheddars. But to be honest, I'll pretty much eat any cheese out there. No favorites. It depends on my mood.

India, gun buyback and steamroll.

My all time favorite is white cheddar cheese curds. I can't seem to find them anywhere here in LA though.

I also love a nice gooey brie or fresh mozzarella.

I tend to prefer milder cheeses but I do love feta, goat cheese or blue cheese in a salad.

I LOVE raclette. Although it is not just the cheese itself, but the whole meal. I like gruyere but it gives me canker sore unless I eat it cooked. Brie is one of my favorites too.

Ricotta, followed closely by quark (unprocessed spreadable--much more easily so than cream-cheese--but not easily available in US).
