The EAD fee is covered in the $1010 fee for the AOS as long as you send them in together

The total fee is $1010 if you file your EAD and or AP application together with your adjustment of status application. It is all included. However, you will pay a fee if you file for only EAD. The best thing to do is to file your EAD with your form 485 at the same time to avoid paying additional fees. That was what we did on September 28 , 2008. Good luck on your journey.
