Hello,

I am just double checking everything. I presume that the filing fee for I-751 is still a total of $545.00. You never know if they changed there prices over night.

Another question is about where to send the package. It says on the Instruction that if you live in TN you need to send it to:

USCIS Texas Service Center

P.O. Box 850965

Mesquite, TX 75185-0965

Is that still correct???

Last but not least what are the recommendations on how to send the package? Overnight or regular mail? Send it with UPS, FedEx of USPS. I am definitely going to send it with return receipt, confirmation and all that good stuff. Just wondering what is recommended?

Thank you all

You have to send your package to Vermont Service Center.

If you live in Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Washington, D.C., Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, U.S. Virgin Islands, and West Virginia, file with the Vermont Service Center at:

USCIS Vermont Service Center

You seem to be looking at an old set of instructions, based on the Texas address. I suggest you download a new set, and make sure you have the latest version of the form itself!

Filing fee is $465 (plus $80 biometric service fee) and if you live in Tennessee, then files with the Vermont Service Center at:

USCIS Vermont Service Center

75 Lower Welden Street

P.O. Box 200

St. Albans, VT 05479-0001

I would suggest to send it by USPS priority mail (you can attach return receipt) or certified mail (return receipt not require as you can track it online, who sign the package, get e-mail confirmation).

I think you are looking at old form and old instruction set. Get the new form and instructions here.

http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/men...00045f3d6a1RCRD

or above doesn't work go to http://www.uscis.gov click on Immigration Forms and look for I-751

Filing Fee :

$465 (plus $80 biometric service fee)= $545

I would recommend using USPS Express mail which comes with next day before 3 PM and delivery confirmation (normally is delivered around noon).

Use Money order to get NOA (Notice of Action) and biometric appointment faster.

Double check your list please as well.
