Interesting data so far. I voted too early to tell on both. The second anonymous person voted 11/10 and "he has exceeded my expectations (I'm a Democrat)"

The third anonymous voter is a mystery. He or she voted "He is a socialist and wants to nationalize everything. Wait and see. He is increasing the size of government beyond our wildest dreams. By 2012 we'll all be employed by the government" but also gave Obama an 11/10?

By the way, I am rooting for Obama to succeed. I hope he does. I hope he does so well that he converts me to a full-blown Democrat (I'm relatively neutral on most issues but lean conservative on taxes and spending). I will most likely vote for Obama in 2012 if he turns the economy around (I'd have no choice but to vote for him for numerous reasons). For starters, I'm in my first year trading stocks and if I do well over the course of Obama's term then I will repay him via my vote.

I would give him a solid "C" so far, looking at my checkbook. Somewhere between LBJ and Ford. Your poll choices don't fit that scale. A month ago, I would have given him a "D", just about what I would have given Carter overall.

I changed "He is doing ok" to "He is doing just fine" when I was coming up with the choices. Whoops....

I changed "He is doing ok" to "He is doing just fine" when I was coming up with the choices. Whoops....

Close enough. That is what I checked. Let's see if he can make it through this month unscathed by scandal. There are a couple stories in the foreign press that have not quite made it to the American media yet.

I said he is doing just fine - I am neither a Republican nor a Democrat - I think it's nice to come from another country and not have to be considered for a pigeon hole :thumbs:
