Need help, info - Upgrading I-130

:innocent: We filed I-130 way back June 2008 when my husband was still an LPR, and last Feb. 26 he got his USC. at the 27 he upgraded my I-130 by fax to d USCIS, and until now we didnt hear any if the case is upgraded or not, and in online its still the same thing not touched or whatever it only says pending.. so my question is .. :help: how many months do we need to wait until it will be approve by USCIS? around 2 months or more? and also is there any other way to upgrade I-130 case? by mail? anybody knows the right address? if by phone also by calling 800, they only gave the fax number to upgrade it, and that's what we do but until now no any further response yet....pls help any info is really appreaciated... :( Edited by candy_sweet
