Can someone help me,

I was in the states last year when I left in July I never handed in I-94W because someone at a hotel tore it out.

I have a stamp in my passport to say I entered Australia in July 2008 after 3 weeks in the US, I applied for the K1 visa with my fiance in september 08 and recieved it in March 09, will enter the US in May 09 less than 4 weeks. Will this be an issue?

Yeah.. as stated above, I can't imagine (if it were an issue) the visa would have been issued.

Curiously though - how exactly did your previous I-94 get torn out by someone at a hotel? (So other readers might learn something.)

Congratulations by the way...

Thank you sir :)

Ok so I had to show my ID at a hotel for ID purposes in Beverly Hills, and noticed it was gone when I got to the airport.

I have learned now to never take my eyes from my passport if it is being examined by anyone.

I must say thanks to the makers of this website and the kind people who post here, it has been a great source of strength during the wait to be with my lover.
