-Quick Links to Recent Topics and Hot Topics for each country at the Top of the Portal

-Left Menu Bar updated to remind members to add profile info to fully enable the Portal for them

Consulate Info Section:

-Map Images Standardized to the same as everywhere else on VJ. This will make it easier to add the ability for people to add new consulates in the future without having to ask the admin

-Minor Layout change to Consulate Info Page due to new flag image

Hmmm.... well since the heroic admins are going to the effort of updating Timeline data, may I make an additional suggestion?

NVC has been putting more and more K1 and K3s into AP (Administrative Processing) starting around Nov last year.

I'm keeping track of this using VJ timeline data. The only way I can do this is the delta of "NVC Out"-"NVC In".

I'm asking folks who did get stuck in AP@NVC to put such a string in their Timeline comment. I've made the regular expression pretty much freeform (case insensitive, and order insensitive, e.g. "ap nvc", "NVC AP" are all good).

Still - what would be much better would be a checkbox or some-such directly on the timeline for AP@NVC.
