Ok i am the US Citizen living in Kuwait my fiance and i are getting married in july we filed a I-129F but we are going to go this route because we both work here in kuwait and will be here for a little while, my question is on the I-130 form Part C are the talking about me or my wife to be in section #17, now i want real answers i know there will be someone to say your not married yet but thats not what i asking so please if you dont mind and im speaking to the know it all person let those who want to help answer this question.

You will be submitting this form after you are married, so you (the USC petitioner) will be listed here as spouse. If your fiancee/wife has any children they would be included here as well.

Have you spoken to the consulate there in Kuwait about what is needed to drop K visa and change to DCF or CR-1?

Thats just the answer i was looking for, no i havent spoken with them yet i guess i will be sending them an email next, but thank you so much, good to know some people on here really do offer thier help from the heart again thank you.
