PLS EXPLAIN ,NVC CALL

UPDATE: finally my docs reached to NVC.. (BC,MC originals)

can anyone explain me what exactly going on ..

ln this week 2-3 times i talked wid NVC operator , evertime i called , she keep tellin me tht they v post letter about missing dcuments on april;3rd... and they didnt get any documents ..

today morning when my husband called them and forced to look in updates.. she told they've got some mail earlier in this week....and they are reviewing the documents.allow us 2-6 weeks for review and they'll let us know if they will need some other documents or will forward case in next step..

still AVR is not updated ... and when can i call them again?

Case complete: 04-20-09

Interview date: 06-08-09

I faced exactly the samething as u did...I was so worried.....DS 230 took quite a while to get into the system, inspite of the fact that they recieved it and we were actually tracking the packet.....

Don't worry........u will be fine... Just wait....keep calling and everytime talk to a live operator................

I faced this...just wait couple of days more...

ya i m gonna call them in next week.. lets see if i can listen about CASE COMPLETE or they ask for some other papers...

just hoping by any means i can get May interview date.. :unsure: its been so long now i'm waiting for case completion,

dont worry i been with the same experience..

week after i sent our missing documents, our case been completed..

keep on calling them..

2009-01-28: AOS bill Received via mail

2009-02-02 : AOS bill invoiced (paid online)

2009-01-27 : DS-3032 sent

2009-02-04 : AOS bill Shows PAID and cover sheet printed

2009-02-12 : DS-3032 Received by NVC

2009-03-04: AOS package sent to NVC

2009-03-09 : AOS package received by NVC

2009-02-12 : DS-3032 Choice of Agent accepted

2009-03-09 : AOS entered into NVC system

2009-02-13 : IV bill invoiced

2009-02-17 : IV bill PAID and cover sheet printed

2009-03-04 : DS-230 sent to NVC

2009-03-13 : DS-230 entered into NVC system

2009-03-13: RFE (hubby's I-864, and Wifey'z NBI)

2009-03-24: case complete (live operator&AVR)

USEM

2009-04-21 : Case Forwarded to USEM, Manila

2009-04-22&24 : Medical PASSED

2009-05-20 : Interview at Embassy ViSA APPROVED :D

2009-05-22: ViSA RECEiVED

2009-05-29: POE JFK, NEW YORK =]

GREENCARD

2009-06-10: Welcome Letter Received

2009-06-20: 2nd Welcome Letter Received

2009-07-01: 2rys GreenCrad Received (on my birthday)

2009-07-20: Green Card return at USCIS for expiration correction (am illigible for 10yrs GC)

2009-07-29: I-90 receipt received

2009-08-21: I-90 Approval Received

2009-09-01: 10years GC received

thank you sonia and romantic couplz /.. i m really gonna harasse them in next week by calling again n again to make sure they just irritated wid me and push forward my case as soon as possible .. :devil: as they had irritated me a lot by giving different answers on each call... :devil::star:
