I've been out of commission for a while (had an accident while trail riding over the weekend) and am amazed to discover that you guys are still egging this on.... must have been a boring few days. Glad I didn't miss much.

:P

Hope you are OK JenT .. sorry to hear you've had an accident. Glad you are back :D

I'm amazed at the length of this thread.. lol .. and the amount of people losing their patience.. :hehe:

I just really hope Daisy would take the advice of all these wonderful people .. She needs to fill out her time line.. people have told her over and over to just do that.. It's very Easy Daisy.. there was even a post that has a clicky that leads right to the timeline page.. Made it very easy for her.

....... and the age difference... to me age is irrelevant.. My fiancé and I also have an age difference ... but that is not our focus.. our focus is that we love each other and want to be together.

I truely hope that Daisy can either get what she wants or get what she deserves.. *shrug*

:luv: Daisy .. I do wish you the best.. and if this Union is meant to be.. It will happen.

A great marriage is not when the "perfect couple" comes together.

It is when an imperfect couple learns to enjoy their differences.

Thanks all for the responses..some positive, some negative, and some very cruel...No matter what you say I STILL LOVE MY FIANCE in spite of the age difference...

And as some of you said "you can entertain yourself with my posts all you want..... :(

It is a serious matter not just a "free ticket to the US" ....

But why do I even waste my time with people who just make fun of my relationship ....

Probably for the same reason we wasted our time giving you advice and asking you to fill in your timeline. That's ten minutes of my life I'll never get back, thanks.

Daisy, people on this board were trying to give you the best advice they can - each case is different, but after giving the same advice over and over again you didnt read and understand the replies, you kept asking the same questions over and over again. Although you say you have read the posts YOU HAVENT understood them. People have asked you to fill in your timeline (if you dont know how - to go to the link that is in my signature at the bottom of this message), this is not only to help calculate the statistics on this board, but is there to help others answer your questions if they can see where you are in the process and at which embassy you will be going through etc. - this will also answer YOUR QUESTION about HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET NOA2 - if you took time to fill in the timeline you will see at the bottom of the timeline there will be an estimated date of when you NOA2 could be approved.

Other members have told you that YOUR case is a mess and you do need a good attorny, have you looked into finding one? The comments people have made about the age gap - well this isnt much of an issue when it comes to love - and basically people dont have a right to judge whether you both love each other or not but they are mentioning this because it will be a problem the immigration people may find hard to believe, and it is up to you to prove that this is a legit marriage. So whatever cruel comments you get on this board about your age difference is in fact a fact of life and the immigration people may not be as sympathetic as some of the replies on this thread, they may be even harsher!! So if you think you cant handle the comments here wait till you go through your interview. This whole process is not easy, it is very stressfull on any relationship, and the fact that you did overstay previousely is your own doing - YOU got yourself in this mess - other memebers are only highlighting this for you. Please dont take this response and some of the others too harshly they are only pointing out the cold hard FACTS - everyone has a right to their opinion and it is up to you what information you take onboard and what you dont. They and myself just get a bit annoyed when they suggest something to you and you dont read or understand and then come back with the same question again and again and again.

I wish you the best in sorting this mess out and if you both are genuine then I am sure you will get through this process.
