For example, I posted a wealth of information for you regarding the waiver process. If I were in your shoes, I would have said THANKS for all the help and then actually followed the instructions i.e. speak to an attorney, speak to my fiance about the hardship letter, etc.

Since you cannot even post your timeline let alone follow the advice being offered, perhaps you should stop wasting everyone's time, including your own. It certainly won't do you any good to be angry - I think it's clear you will no longer find any sympathy here.

Let's look at the honest truth. She probably wont fill out her timeline because she knows that no matter when her NOA2 gets approved, her visa will still be.....

well didn't we decided it was an automatic denial because of her overstay to begin with? So that is a definite. She needs to file a waiver, but she didn't seem very interested in that.
