big problem about name :(

my hsuband got my case number today and i saw that they give wrong info about my name. in US when u get married the girl gonna use the maiden middle name but in my country (philippines) we used here the surname. so it must be NAME - maiden surname - husband surname. but they put Name - my maiden middle name - husband surname.

and my passport namely pattern like this (NAME - maiden surname - husband surname).

wat im going to do.....

You can call USCIS or NVC depending where your petitions are, so you can call and ask them to correct the names. Did you check your petitions to see how your name was represented on the forms?

No worriess we had something similar. Call NVC it the petition is still there. But then when it gets to the USEM call them also. Finally when you do your interview call the point out to the CO. It there that we finally got it all corrected. The visa was correct. Also make sure your DS156 and DS157 has the correct name.

i just saw last night when the case number send out by nvc. it said pay this amount so they can proceed for processing the paper. thats y im worried -.-
