hello guys i am new here this furom of vj..I JOIN HERE now.

well here is the question.

im little confused what to do for my crba for my 5 months old baby.. please do help

what first thing to do for my baby's crba needed???

hope anyone can help me here.. for what is the following requirment for crba.......

high appreciated to all who will response to me...

another question pls.

where i can get form for my son crba coz i wanna apply my son crba and US passport, i dont really know how, becuase i dont have an experience how to start to process my son applying for crba..... please help me guys,... i am really new here this furom of VJ,,,

birthcertificate (original and authenticated from NSO

from ur husband

birthcertificate

employment record

photocopy of passport

divorce decree (if he is divorce if not never mind)

from U

passport

pictures together (daddy and baby or family pictures)

hospital bills when u gave birth

monthly check ups booklet

sonogram of ur baby

and u need the forms just ask hubby to fill it and print and send it to U

or u can go to the us embassy manila to get the forms and send it to ur hubby so he can fill it ups and send it back to u..after that u r going to send it to us embassy manila or u r the one who is going to bring it at the embassy...goodluck!!!

If you are patient enough you can read all my posts about CRBA. I had this 9 months ago.

Maybe this can help you. Just contact Air21 and they will send you the all the forms that you need.

It depends if you know how to get it quicker mine was only 2 weeks.

bring pictures of U and ur hubby it helps... BUT it might end up with DNA testing if u dnt have enough prof...

heres what you need:

birthcertificate of you baby from nso

marriage certificate

pics of you and your husband together

proof that you and your husband communicating each other.

well,my experience was terrible. the presecreener was a filipina.she was a #######.id love the consul there,shes nice to me.not like the filipina screener. i hate her. grrr

hello to jonah, was your baby undergo to dna test? my baby was denied too. then we applied her for cr2 last january 2009.then its expedite and got her interview this coning friday soon -april 18 2009. goodluck

piscean for my son BC it took 1 month i have it now it was last month coz i was in province that is why it took 1 month..but in manila it takes 2 weeks...

sana di kme dumaan dna testing, ang mahal pa naman waaaaa.

yan and jonah what happened na denied kayo? dumaan kayo sa dna testing??worry tuloy ako baka ma deny din kme sana was naman sa anak ko.. ksi mana ung anak ko sa ama . hehehe khit ipa dna test pa baby ko ok lng... pero ang mahal ng dna testing diba $800... waaaaaaaaaaaa ilang sakong bigas mabibili ko nyan... hhehe

06/06/12 - NOA2 stating I-130 approved

06/29/12 - NVC received case

07/09/12 - case entered in the system,assigned MNL # and IIN,email add given

07/12/12 - beneficiary emailed DS-3032, auto response received

07/18/12 - AOS fee bill/paid "IN PROCESS"

07/20/12 - AOS fee bill shows "PAID", mailed AOS package

07/25/12 - received AOS

07/25/12 - IV Fee Bill Invoiced, paid $230.00 "IN PROCESS"

07/26/12 - IV Fee bill shows "PAID"

07/28/12 - mailed IV Package

08/03/12 - received DS 230 packet

08/14/12 - sent RFE

08/16/12 - NVC received RFE

08/21/12 - log in failed

( To avail of the U.S. Embassy-contracted courier service, as well as obtain forms and a list of requirements, please contact (63-2) 879-4747 (ACS-Air21/FedEx Courier Service), 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except on American and Philippine holidays. The U.S. Embassy has partnered with Air21/FedEx to provide blank forms, pick-up completed forms and documents, and deliver passports and Consular Reports of Birth Abroad to any location in the Philippines for a nominal fee. Personal interview appointments will be scheduled after the receipt of the application and supporting documents.)

STEPS:

Air21/FedEx Courier Step by Step Procedure :

1) Call Air21/FedEx courier service and request delivery of specific application forms that you need

2) Complete the forms and prepare the supporting documents.

3) Call Air21/FedEx courier service and request for pick up and delivery of your completed forms and supporting documents to the U.S. Embasy.

4) The Passport and Citizenship Unit of the U.S. Embassy will contact you for a personal interview appointment.

5) Air21/FedEx will deliver your completed CRBA and/or passport right to your home.

* What I did personally : I called them 7-10 business days after I confirmed what is the CRBA if there is a date available for them ( pero this is your choice in others kulit effect lang para mas maexpedite ) ; Pero ang normal procedure is have them to call you normally 7-28 day business days ang waiting after they received your packets from Air21. And then yun na prepare mga $250-300 cash for the application just to be safe.

Requirements;

- BC of the child (nso certified)

- marriage contract ( parents )

- proof of relationship before and after conception of the baby

- medical history , ultrasounds during pregnancy

- dna testing is required only if asked by consulate if they are not satisfied with evidences

- IMPORTANT : DOMICILE RECORDS OF USC HUSBAND AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE FROM DATE OF BIRTH TO PRESENT (DYAN AKO LAGE DENIED =(..LEARN FROM MY OWN MISTAKES PERO SILA KC HANAP NG HANAP NG BUTAS

- PICTURES OF YOU , USC PARENT AND THE KID ( FAMILY PICTURE )

- US PASSPORT, SSN CARD, AND BIRTH CERTIFICATE OF US PARENT ( TO TESTIFY CITIZENSHIP )

* NDE NAKO HINAHANAPAN NG DNA.KC THEY ARE OK WITH THE RELATIONSHIP, DOMICILE RECORDS LANG TLGA. MAHABANG STORYA GOODLUCK AND HOPE THIS HELPS. :thumbs::star:
