Happy Caturday everyone. Not much going on here. Yesterday was my busy day. I took a risk on a new hair stylist and she did a great job. I wish I had known about her before.

I got accepted at the University I plan to attend in the fall and will be enrolling in classes next week. I'm looking forward to finishing my degree and going back to school. It will be a change of pace and necessary for the career track I plan on following.

Good morning and happy Saturday to everyone! Overcast today with a little rain. It's beautiful!!!

Nagi, try to get some rest today sweetie. Hope you will feel better soon.

Judy, hope you also will get more rest today.

Charles, won't be long now!

Take care everyone. Have a great day and a wonderful weekend.

Omg... funniest story about that cat picture...

My mom and dad went on a motorcycle trip to North Carolina once. They took the truck and a huge walk in trailer for the motorcycles. I was left at home to watch the animals. I called my mom after a day and asked her if she had let my cat Precious outside before they left because I hadn't seen her. She said no, but she's probably around somewhere. After a few more hours I got a phone call. My dad said "Guess who came to North Carolina with us?" LOL! MY cat had crawled in the trailer before they left and was inside the whole way to NC! They bought her some food and a cat carrier and took her to some local attractions and took pictures :) IT was too funny.

Thanks and you too. I feel bad I haven't been around much, but I wanted to congratulate you on getting into the American University in Cairo. That will be great for you and something new and different. Glad you will finally be near your hubby again too.

I decided to major in History with a minor in political science and arabic. At least I'm hoping for the minor in Arabic as I have way more Arabic college credit than the University even offers so they may say I have to take their classes which I'm not repeating. They did accept all my transfer credits though, which totaled 70 hours putting me as a Junior. I'm considering going on for my masters as well since my ultimate goal would be to teach at the University. For now, I'm waiting to see if I got accepted in the honors college. I had to wait until I got accepted to the University itself first, then I could put in the application for the honors program. It required an essay. I'm praying they like it as I worked hard on it. Out of my hands now though.

As for you, I know I would be so excited if I could go to school there and be with the Hubby. You will have to let me know what you think of the University and the classes there.
