I will be sending my N400 application in the next 2 weeks, my i751 is still pending, but in 2 weeks it will be 3 years minus 90 days since the issuing date on my expired green card, anyways my question is, Am i gonna have to go to the interview for N400 with my wife?? since im applying because im married to a USC given that by that date my i751 will still be pending (worst case scenario), or do i have to go alone? also how long average time speaking is the whole n400 process taking since mailing the app to the appoinment date? my i 751 is close to a year and i have had no answer yet, hopefully this doesnt take as long.

Just posted in another thread. A friend in New Hampshire got approval in 45 days from filing for N-400.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

thanks i guess they have to move their behinds and get your file approved after you file your N400, i wish they will give the money back for the i751 that was never approved.

If its not approved by the time of the n400 interview, do they interview you and your spouse too?? or just the applicant?
