I AM confused>

while looking at G325A FORM, I am stuck at this these two lines "applicant's last 5 years residence" and "last address outside US more than a year". The above is the chart that I have lived in the past 5 years, mainly in Vietnam. The underlined number are the months that I have lived in VN. I stuck at the years 2004, 2005 and 2006 which I partially resided in VN, not over 1 year.

Can I put down this way

1/04 to 1/07 in US; 1/07 TO 1/08 VN; 01/08 TO PRESENT US

OR

1/04 TO 7/04 VN; 7/04 TO 1/05 US; 1/05 TO 11/05 VN; 11/05 TO 1/06 US and so on

If you have lived in VN for 3-4 months, do you write down in the line "apllicant's last 5 year residence" as the US or VN?

You would want to list addresses and dates at each address.
