The Automated Visa Issuing System or AVIS is a beneficial bi-product as a consequence of the wholesale deletion of the Bill of Rights and US Constitution, otherwise known as the Bush Doctrine and War on Terror. The system creates a paperless visa application process that is automated. The system works by taking all-in and merging the current databases, and monitoring records that the Department of Homeland Security, Department of State, National Security Agency, Central Intelligence Agency, Department of Defense, Federal Trade Commission, Department of Commerce, Federal Bureau of Investigation, and Department of Treasury have collected and placed on file as a result of the Patriot Act, IMBRA, and several Oval Office Executive Orders.

For example, the AVIS system culls the plethora of collected data on a Standard American Male—will call this person SAM. And through an intricate algorithm and set of traps and triggers the AVIS will automatically designate a SAM as a target petitioner and issue a visa on behalf of SAM to a Likely Interested Beneficiary or LIBY. In choosing the LIBY the AVIS by using a reverse algorithm and set of trips and tricks, deduces the likely interested beneficiary of the Visa.

Specifically, databases of information collected on anyone communicating with someone overseas of such data as overseas travel records, phone records, money transfers, postal mail, email, web surfing, blogs, message boards, instant messages, criminal records, credit reports, and purchasing habits are put into the correlated rated analysis pool, or #######. The ####### data is refined until a technically unbiased relational database or ####### is produced. TURDS are flushed for more correlations rankings and parsing of data—and further refined TURDS evolve into statistically hyperbolical interrelated transaction data or SH|T. The fee payment is triggered when AVIS makes a SAM and LIBY match. AVIS uses FUCKS to take money from checking accounts and automatically verify payment and process the visa. The Visa is mailed to whatever address currently under surveillance as in use. SAM and LIBY will receive the Visa without ever having to complete an application or attend an interview. AOS and Biometric appointments unnecessary as passport photos, fingerprints, hair samples, and DNA specimens were already on file when the whole AVIS process initiated.
