Hi,

I was reading and trying to fill out packet 3-4 from the Frankfurt embassy. One of the forms asks to enter the entry dates to the USA. I have checked my old passports, and there are some entries in the early 90' where I was In transit. (only change of planes in the US). Should I entered those as entries?

I was also checking the later entries, and when I went to the USA to study, I entered with a visitors visa, and then I adjusted status to F-1. I then got an H-1 visa as well after I finished school. Will all this have any effect on the K1 application.

How should I report it on the form?

Thank you.

If there is no time period requested (like past 5 years), write down all entries in the US.

Changing your status, as long as it was legal, and approved, will not affect your petition for the K-1.

Chronological order I would think.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS

Hi,

Thank you again.

Yes they were all approved, and I have the stamps on the passport as well. Im assuming that if the old INS approved, they were legal.

I hope I can add another visa to my collection soon :)
