are the kids still going?? any activities planned?? i can't wait till i get to take my girls..

i saw there was discussion on baby father's not signing for passport.. I KNOW that would have been my dilemma had i not gotten sole custody, but it soo good to know that there are ways around that rule..thanks philly and welcome back!!!

so anyway.. when i do get the passports and we go,, i will send our pic first ja sunset as a postcard to their daddy LOL

I noticed $355 was debited from my bank account. I used the number on the back of the check to see the case status and read this:

Good luck Marie! Our petition was approved once it was at CSC in 3 months...hopefully you will have a speedy process! Hell with all the shortcuts these folks have created you might be able to reach the interview by the end of the summer!

Doing well other then my crazy allergies how about yourself

Am ok, I am having sinus problems but i guess its the weather. I cant wait to go to JA or some reason my sinuses dont bother me there

Yeah i can imagine well my allergies cause sinus issues so i understand..... my fiance says the same thing his sinus dont bother him there

Are you going for a visit any time soon?

im working on it with my job and kids it hard plus cant convince their father to sign for my kids to get their passports

I had the same issue, their Father refused to sign as well and I was hotter than fish grease but I didn't let that stop me. So I wrote a letter to the Dept of Homeland Security advising them that although I don't have a judgment rendered for full custody I am the sole custodian for the boys. I sent my Income Tax returns for the past 5 years showing that I solely claimed them as well as my health insurance card confirming their coverage paid solely by me. Also I sent in paystubs showing the medical and dental coverage deductions. The documentation was accepted and I recvd their Passports within a week from the time I mailed the package. U have legal sole custody?? Oh yeah you dont need his permisson. Just send a copy of your papers with your form and your good to go.
