OH and Happy Easter all...... Just had my ackee n saltfish...easter bun n cheese....big ol cup of blue mountain coffee....I just need my honey and some sunshine and all will be good! Hope your day is wonderful!

11-12-2010: Interview-blue slip, need of a co-sponsor & petitioner at interview

Happy Easter Yardies, I just came back from church and had my curry goat and rice and peas. Jamerican the only thing I was missing was your wonderful breakfast. We had doughnuts :bonk:

good morning everyone,

this being at home thing is starting to get to me sometimes. its like the work never ends....never thought i would say this but I want a job. anyhoo can't look right now as the electricians are rewiring our apartment and they only seem to work once a week once a month...have to start looking for daycare and sumer camp and a new school for my son. *sigh*. we are having a big family party this saturday and then stone love will be here on sunday and it's my cousin's b-day so she is dragging us out. :thumbs:

Morning All....

How was everyone's Easter?

Mines was cool I didn't do much besides chill in the house with the kids. I was shocked :wow: they woke up around 3:00 a.m. looking for their baskets. I told them to take dem rasses back to bed this is Easter not Xmas.. Needless to say a hour or two later they were back up.

Morning All....

How was everyone's Easter?

Mines was cool I didn't do much besides chill in the house with the kids. I was shocked :wow: they woke up around 3:00 a.m. looking for their baskets. I told them to take dem rasses back to bed this is Easter not Xmas.. Needless to say a hour or two later they were back up.

I set my alarm clock to go to the 5:30am service at church, but when it went off at 4:45, I reset it for 2 hours later and went to the 8:00 service instead. Then I worked with the children during the 10:00 service (2nd/3rd graders).

I got home and took a tiny nap before waking up to cook my parmesan jalapeno crusted chicken wings, which were only one of many dishes served for dinner at my aunt's house.

Overall, it was a good day.. I would've preferred more relaxation, though.

Right now the only adjustment issue we have is my daughter adjusting to having to share me. Some minutes she is okay with it and then the next minute she isn't.
