On the instructions for I-129F, it lists which states send their petition to Vermont & which ones send to California.

I can't believe I'm still up this late. And I have a full day of work tomorrow.

Question for your opinions:

What is a good amount of notice to give your family if you're planning a ceremony in Jamaica and will invite them?

1 yr, a couple months, 2 yrs, ????

KK, that will deprnd on the number of people involve and the family members. Is the question what is a reasonable amount of notice to give then I would say anywhere from 6 to 9 months. You can't book airfare 12 months out any way, most airlines will only allow you to book airfare only 9 months out.

I am giving my family 1 yr. so they can prepare financially. I will be sending out save the date cards first and then about 6-9 mo. before, once I have a general idea of how many will be trying to attend, I am planning on putting packages with 3 options together and making reservations in groups for the group rates discounts. I plan on sending the RSVP cards for the final count abount 2 1/2 - 3 mo. before leaving me with at least 1 1/2 - 2 mo. to completely finalize the arrangements.

I would give them as much time as you can - You don't have to give specific dates, just a general heads up as to when it will be - when you nail things down more, then give them specifics. Or, you can be like me and plan it all in 6 weeks, lol

Morning all! I am working from home today, so I am still sitting here in my pjs!

Morning all! I am working from home today, so I am still sitting here in my pjs!

Nice! If I didn't have two meetings today, I might work from home too. Meanwhile, I still need to get out of bed.

----------

So I'm frustrated by this police record process. The record itself is only $23. However, the process of renting a car for 2 days, going from Negril to Kingston, staying overnight, etc.... brings the total cost closer to $230!

There HAS to be a better way to get this police record! I just haven't found one.

THEN, I wake up & saw several more VSC approvals... for people who submitted after me. WHERE IS MY APPROVAL???
