Ok, since I’m back and forth between the K3 and CR1, I have a question (Nat, being the color coded planner that I am, I’m the one who’ll probably be a vet filing because I am trying to get as much information as I can before hand. Hopefully I’ll have all the paperwork together and files created for additional docs even before the wedding since I plan to file as soon as the cert is in hand.)...If the I-129F in the K3 process does expire, can you withdraw the I-129F and go with the CR-1 or is it that once you make that decision to pursue the K3 basically you’re stuck?

I filed for both the I130 and I129F and both applications were approved on the same date. I pursued the path for the CR1 and not the K3 and this serves as notification of your Visa of choice. Once you submit the payment for the CR1 that is the path the NVC recognizes that you have chosen to follow and will send you the additional invoices for the remainder of the processes. When You are ready I can send you all my USCIS/NVC checklists LOL

Can you believe my Neighbor is trying to start her foolnish again this year with the flowers with her copycat raas! - oh, I knew I forgot something- If anyone travel with AP, do not use Miami as your POE, they had my hubby in custom for 4 hours talking about that's normal for processing since he didnt have a GC! Thats absolutly ridiculous and then he missed his connecting flight which was the last one out for the night but luckly he got a nice AA Rep that gave him a hotel voucher and meal and booked him on the next flight for the morning. They did lose his luggage . THe vampire that check him in the next morning asked him what genuis gave him a hotel voucher cause they not responsible for miss flight when its customs faults!!! Biiit@h!!! But he is home safe and sound and they did manage to find his luggage even though his ginger wine was broken, my rum cream made it thru safely....

You know I was hotter than fish grease when the final production was released and I took off 3 days from work to be in the shot. Dang Show business LOL

OMG jacksonville is like 2hrs away but the tickets are $40.00. I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT ######!!!!

Bunzarelli, I will give you some of my lessons learned in doing the CR1.

1. Please start preparing all of the forms that will need your husbands signature on them and send them to him to be sign shortly. Since the mail service between JA and US is snail mail slow. That way you won't be paying the high fedex FEES.

2. If you have access to a computer, then scan them ad send them to him, so he can print and sign-off on them, do not date them.

Honey and DA Da love life have gone to the dogs. Jawi, and Justicia have interview dates.
