that concert line up SELL OFFF!!!! i understand ur hesitation tho.. i wish i was in NY..

It sounds too good to be tru in my book...LOL...my friends tell me that beenie man, elephant man and usually sizzla always for a definite come out...even though sizzla wasn't in the line up...but i went on the irie jam website and they also name D'Angel, and Barbee but i kinda doubt they would be there since with the mix up they have and beenie man will be there...who knows....

Evening Yardies!

I'm just now getting a chance to reply cause it was busy at work wrapping everything up to go on vaca. Thanks everyone for the Kingston hotel info....I'm going to jot down those few names & just wing it. I'm sure we'll find something reasonable not too far away. We'll try to get there early enough in the day where it doesn't become a hassle to try & find some place late at night.

Ladies Morning;

I know most of you know this already, but please do not let your husband/wife work until they have the proper documentation...nothing is worse that having gone through an LDR, they get here, they start working (WITHOUT DOCS), get busted, end up in Immigration Court, then get deported for breaking immigration law and receive a 10 year ban or lifetime...

That is so sad Lawny! What a lousy thing to happen after all the work to get here. :crying:

Random thoughts:

* Okay, next thought while tying up any loose ends with the paperwork. I'll be making copies of my tax returns, W-2s & pay stubs. But I'm wondering how many pay stubs I should provide....1 year? A few months? What have some of you done? And did you ever consider blotting out certain info like your SSN?

I had like one paycheck stub a month. Enough to show I was still working there since tax return filed.

Why blot it out? Your information is everywhere. I wouldn't bother.

And thanks for the advice on pay stubs too. I made copies of the last 6 months. Watch them not even look at any of the stuff I brought..... :wacko:

Ells - were you asking about the DHL tracking number?? If so, you get that when you pay the dhl fee.

Who's doing something fun this weekend?

I'm going to an ALL day and night music festival tomorrow. Going to be brutal I think. But, we are getting in free and have backstage passes, so that makes it fun.

Thinking of hitting the pool Sunday.

Other then that, no big plans.

Sounds like a fun weekend! I'll be packing & cleaning & getting up at 3:30 a.m. Monday to catch my shuttle for my 6 a.m. flight. :sleepy::dead: But still excited! :dance:

im just getting off after a long day at work ...

i just came off wrk as well...now i'm bored..i'm looking up ways to lose weight..ibesides the obvious.. i'm trying to lose 10 pounds by the end of next month.. but its like most of my weight has gatherd around my midsection..which is the hardest place to lose..
