ladies why are the california timelines not saying when your forms will be adjudicated?

is there about to be a reversal of fortunes where california starts going slower than vermont? maybe i'm just being extra paranoid

Could be almost anything. There is a traditionally a slow down around this time. I forget why exactly; but they turn their attentions to other visas at this time....is it work visas? Something.

Question: Do you feel it is inappropriate or disrespectful if a mother walks around her son, say age between 5-10 years old with just undergarments on...do you think a boy that age would look at their mother in a sexual manner if she walks around them like that....

Ladies, it's just a slow down, not a STOP order. Remember, From May until Aug, employees generally take vacations too. So, the spring and summer are generally slow due to vacation visa, work visas and employees vacation time off. But, they still have time frames that must be met.

i'm not sure how to feel about it

i think children should be aware of their bodies

they shouldn't feel like their bodies are taboo because that is set up for further complications down the road

i think where the boy has NO male influence in his life, as in no father figure to teach him about himself and to identify with his gender and sexuality then i think his mother should be careful in that regard

there is no scientific basis to back my opinion

its just how i feel

I firmly agree with saving electricity. May as well cut easy costs so you can afford stuff you like (whatever that may be). On the other hand, my mother likes to say that she works too hard to be uncomfortable at home. To each his/her own.

As far as social networking sites, I don't know people who use Facebook to meet new people. Almost everyone I know uses it to keep up with the lives of their elementary, high school, college, & current friends/coworkers/family. It's great for that. But considering that my SO doesn't have family/friends on Facebook, I don't see why he'd create his own account. If he wants to, though, it's no problem to me.

Um... Oh! Someone mentioned their SO, Damien. That reminded me of something that happened this trip. My cousin & her SO and me & my SO were all at Alfreds. The bartender's name is Damion. I told my cousin that it seems that I attract Damions in my life, as my two boyfriends (before my SO) were both named Damion (spelled differently). Then at Point Village, I've met a few other Damions, etc. So my SO (Steven) doesn't love hearing about my ex's, or even hearing their names, but I run across so many Damions in my life!

The next day, we went to Hi-Lo for groceries and this guy that works there asked if we needed any cases of water/soda from the back. I told him yes & he got some. I was like "Thanks! What's your name?" And of course, it was Damion. Steven and I both started laughing. I said, "See! You thought I was joking!"

jgay.. i mean stonelove LOL.. that is a hard subject...my mother used to make me SOOO mad cuz she did that w/ my brother who is 10 yrs my junior.. she said "im his mama, its nothing wrong w/ it" i dont know.. i can't say that i see any real bad outcome from it, even tho i still think its kind of out of order..

but my husband didn't think it appropriate for me to do it around my 2 girls.. so go figure??

jomo.. i know all the problems ppl have now of posting.. its sad.. thats why i love to read the older ones.. people experiences don't define my relationship.. i only tell roger a story when he asks, or to get his input.. but the stories do help me to understand some things..
