Nat and Philly - the spreadsheet is too funny. Wish I was more organized.

Philly - is that you all eat..prune juice with sea salt in it :dead: ? My detox is fruit, veggies, nuts, fish, brown rice and beans. Not suppose to eat chicken but it's been hard. Went to Whole Paycheck Foods yesterday to get organic chicken...he won't touch it.

Hey Shemmy, Yes my Detox is usually over the course of the weekend but we have been doing things on Saturday so that is out. On Sunday when I am close to the bathroom  I drink an entire bottle of prune juice in stages throughout the day. I also drink sea salt water and lemon as well. Basically this is to cleanse out my system. When I change my eating habits, I cut out all carbs, sugar and only consume fish. This is how I lost the 60 lbs before. Its hard for me because I cook yard food all the time, I love my banana, dumplin, yam and rice so to go cold turkey is brutal! The 1st week is always the hardest but I am over the hump so it gets a little easier from here. I just have to focus on my goal of getting into these Dereon Jeans I bought 2 sizes too small

I know the detox doesn't sound pretty but it works trust me you will feel 5 lbs lighter

:wow: How long do you detox before changing your eating habits?

KK - Whole Foods is sooooooooo expensive. The hot food bar and salad bars are really good though. Fortunately, we live near a Wegmen's which have great produce.

I'm a planner. I have this spreadsheet of everything to pack for a trip to Jamaica. I started it for my August 2008 trip, and have added a tab to the spreadsheet for each trip after (November, February, March, May). All I do is change a few of the clothes each time. I usually pack most things 2 weeks in advance, and put the final few items in there (like makeup) the night before. My spreadsheet has what I'm wearing every day & night of the trip, so I can just look at it and know what I'm gonna wear without having to think.

I think Steven was like :wow: when he first saw it, but by now he's used to that aspect of my personality.

 Nat are you serious you REALLY do all of this? I mean granted I lay all my clothes on my bed for each day and then when I get down there depending on where we are going and what I feel like rocking is what I'll wear that day. I am LMAO at you having a spreadsheet that says o.k. Nat today you'll wear this... That is so funny you are right you are a planner. Man planning two weeks ahead of time that is great I wish I could be that organized...

Wow Nat I'm still in shock well I guess if Steven ever wants to see what you're wearing or wants to match you colors he just needs to look at your spreadsheet.

He still doesn't know your coming right? Are you about to bust keeping the secret or your cool calm and collective?

I went so often, I used to just leave my clothes at Andre's. He washed them and saved them for me. I just took carryon's then. When we left JA that last time, I was like how many damn clothes did I bring down here with me?

Speaking of every fun thing to do in JA and spending large wads of dough there....has anyone ever gone to the place in Ochi (Dolphin Cove??) where you can swim with the dolphins and done the one-on-one? That is my dream one day, to get to swim by myself with dolphins!

Oh yeah. It was amazing. I took the kids back in 2005. They loved it.

We swam with them. Got to hold on to a fin while they pull you around. And, you lie on your stomach and they pick you up by your feet and toss you up in the air. Only issue we had was you are supposed to lean forward and daughter leaned back and fell on dolphin. She cried and they insisted on taking us to hospital. We piled in this white corolla with me, daughter, son, driver, manager, and vet. The driver is leaning out the window yelling "emergency emergency" all the way through the streets. It was so embarrassing. An ultrasound (daughters first....OMG at the crying that she had to pee for what seemed forever!!!), visit to a doctor, and some pain meds, later and we are back at Dolphin Cove for free dinner. It was an adventure.

We went cause it was so much cheaper then doing in Florida. You can buy pictures and a video of the experience (pretty $$$$$ on that stuff but worth it). It was one of the coolest things I have ever done.

You should do it at least once.

That whole foods comment is hilarious! You ain't lying!

I start changing my eating habits immediatley after detox which is usually 2 days. I didn't do it last weekend because my Mom was over for Mothers day doing my Hubby's locs, and she told me I better not be in the bathroom the whole day

Hey JG,

I miss you guys too. Hell i have a desktop at home, im just to lazy to hook the ###### up, and now my work laptop is rigged to ensure i dont use it for anything other than work purposes ( bastards!!) so im not hardly online anymore.
