Thanks Shaunsgal. Sorry I’m 10 pages late responding. I didn’t mean to be rude but I just got my home internet connection back and it’ll probably be jacked up again 2morrow. I have been saving the pages to my flash drive from work and reading them at night. (Can you say VJ addicted. ) Unfortunately, that means I’m unable to respond until the next day or so. Uuuuuurgh!!! I wasn't - Paula killed Danny with the song she picked - it wasn't a great song for him, and it was a really random unknown one - He blew me away with You're So Beautiful and I love his voice - But I thought he lost by the first song. All three of them are good - I think Danny is a better singer than Chris, but Chris had the smart song choices this week, did two relevant songs that people know, and what he did with Heartless was excellent.

jgay, how is everything for hubby at the new job.. are u his transpo right now.. i always worry about that?? in a perfect world rg would save enough money to buy a car when he gets here..

Hubby really likes his job but i am his transportation for now until he gets his DL....since he works late night the bus he suppose to take home stops running at 11:30 something (pm)....he doesn't get out until 2:am so i pick him up...so far he has been only working the weekends (Fri-Sun) so it hasn't been that bad...well for now...he is studying for DL permit test so hopefully soon he feels comfortable to take it....and he will be looking for a hoop-tee...just something cheap to take him from point A to point B....he could always take the metro nrth which is not far from his job either but i haven't checked to see where that metro north leaves him...i'm pretty sure though he would still have to take a cab home....so location wise the job sucks if you don't have a ride....

Well hubby called me to tell me that a guy from back home that he isn't cool with is spreading rumors about him...he said the guy told someone that he is friend's with that my hubby is in jail for beating me up... ...now the guy he told is someone that my hubby speaks to on a daily basis so he knows thats not true not even close to being true...so i'm like why does this guy have my hubby on his mind like that...especially to say something like that...and this is not the first rumor he spread about my hubby...they were in problems from way before so i think he might be jealous or something...idk...

I missed AI on Tuesday night and didn't download it to watch before the results show (as I usually do if I miss it). But I've been hearing a lot about Chris's "Heartless" performance, so I might have to get it even though I already know the results.

I am so late on my responses and posts LOL, it just gets so busy at work! Hey its almost Friday something I can smile about!

Did anyone watch the Lost Season Finale last night? Hubby Made me DVR it while we watched 2 DVD's While She Was Out with Kim Bassinger and Underworld the Rise of the Lycans! ( I liked both flicks) I was hotter than fish grease because I love LOST and had to experience the finale Un-DVR'd but of course he won me over with a kiss

girl he cooked porridge & fried dumplings, brown stew chicken okra rice and peas, steamed fish callaloo, salt fish beans and rice boiled banana, yams all that and would you believe i lost weight every time i go i loss weight!

I always I eat the same and lose weight too when I go. I think its the food. Its not saturated with all the grease and fats we have here in the states. Its fresh and normally stewed or steamed and its normally chicken or fish plus they eat so many vegetables.... Its funny here in the states I'm used to eating a meat veggie and starch. There I eat meat, veggie, veggie and more veggies and no bread is normally served with it.

I'm also a eat my meat first kind of person and then everything follows. I remember Roc cooked for me and then when I started to eat it he was like no wait let me show you, you have to eat it together to get the real flavor. That was an experience for me but I appreciate him taking tem out to show me how its down...

One of my funniest memories was when he tried to cook breakfast. > I guess he called himself making an “American breakfast" for me. It was grilled cheese which he calls cheese grill, masked potatoes and eggs..I was like ummm babe wah dis. He was like breakfast isn’t this what you all eat?? He was so proud I was scared to tell him no so I just dealt with it but the next day I did happen to tell him when He was walking in to the kitchen to cook again to let me show him....

Yes, he's back. lol He came back on the 4th. We are going back to Miami on the 25th for a week. I guess this is the closest I can get to Jamaica until his papers come through.
