So yardies i have a few questions about this packet 3 bussines lol !..So when my So gets ready to drop of the ds-230 can he also request to get his packet 3 at the same time?? or is it better if i asked them to email it to me ?? ?? and i believe the ds-230 form is avail online ..so could i just print it out and send it to my fiance to drop it off after i call to make the appt? and what exactly is in the pacekt 3..what the easiest thing to do without relying on the Ja mail system ??

I don't think you have to deal with the JA mail at all. As soon as you know your file has gotten to JA then just email the consul email address and ask for an appt to drop of the DS 230. You're right you can just get that online. (Don't forget he needs two passport size pics to drop off with the DS 230) . Then once your SO drops it off email that same email address and tell them that your SO never got packet 3 and you are worried he won't get packet 4 either and can they just email it to you. That's what I did and a day later they emailed me packet 3 and 4. The girls on here have me so prepped that I emailed back and said "doesn't he need a medical form" and she said "you're good, I forgot to include it".

If anyone is interested I can email you what they emailed me. Just pm me your email address. I believe packet 3 is the same exact one IslandWoman sent to me though.

shrewd.. i put my halo on too. cuz i am not a drinker, but roger has gotten me to SIP magnum on occasion YES the nastiest stuff this side of cough syrup but a likkle stone ginger wine make it BEARABLE lol and sipped on some nasty rass guiness.. oohh i mus really love that man LOL

Did anyone on here ever receive both Packet 3 and 4 during this process? I am beginning to wonder that it is a given that you will not receive both.

It seems the only way one can be guaranteed to receive either 3 or 4 is to just have the embassy e-mail them as attachments. In some of the more 'metro' areas, the mail service is probably somewhat better than out in country. Cause I know my mister didn't receive anything and it will probably never arrive.

Ells have you heard how the medical went? Is he done?

The medical was fine. He is done and is home now. If anyone uses Mobay in the future, hit me up for some advice. It was pretty smooth but there was one little thing I'm not allowed to talk about until we are 'in the clear'. I'm sure some of you already know or can guess. PM me if you're dying to know and can be sworn to secrecy. Nothing to do with the procedure or anything. All of that went as it was supposed to. They asked if he had ever smoked and he answered, "no" and then they tested his breath to make sure he wasn't a 'smoker' with weak lungs. He didn't like when they drew blood for the HIV test, wasn't too excited about them messing with his junk to check him out (LOL!) but admitted that the vaccinations weren't as bad as he was worried about. Now he has to go back on the 22nd to pick up the results.

SPANISH TOWN, St Catherine — A husband who accused his wife of infidelity damaged her nose when he punched her in the face and then bit the flesh from her ring finger.

Winston Rowe, of a Spanish Town address, who was arrested and charged with unlawfully wounding his wife, Andrea Rowe, pleaded not guilty to the charge in the Spanish Town Resident Magistrate’s Court yesterday.

Senior St Catherine Resident Magistrate Marcia Dunbar-Green, extended his $30,000 station bail and adjourned the case until Friday, June 19.

I heard it was more of the men they frowned on then the woman. To me woman was cool I think even Roc told me they care less about the woman its the men that get it bad. I have traveled with a lesbian couple and they never had any problems. Now of course they’re weren’t out in public kissing and such but they were cool. Shoot I have even been hit on myself by JA woman so it can’t be that bad. I don’t think your friend will have a problem.

I just made the mistake of reading a wedding planning forum and now I think I just want to elope!

Yes, you can get the 230 on-line and send to him. Also, he can definitely request packet 3 when he drops off the 230. That's what mine did. However, I think having them e-mail it would probably be just as good an option....especially the interview letter because that's what you need most importantly and my mister still hasn't received it. I printed out the letter they attached to an e-mail to me and faxed it to him so he could take it to his medical.

Congrats Beautiful! Have them e-mail you the interview letter so you can schedule his medical exam and either fax him the letter to take with him or if he has e-mail, have him print it out somewhere.

You're all correct here EXCEPT I don't think 2 passport photos are required for the 230 anymore. However, it might be good for him to work on getting his police report the same day he goes to drop that off at the embassy and then he WILL need 2 passport photos for that.

Congrats beautiful! You should call and have the interview scheduled anyway even though you don'g have the interview paper yet. They will probably set his medical date for May 29th so you still have a little time for it to come in the mail.

Any advice on where we should go to have the medical, I see a lot of people have been going to Mobay? My fiance lives in Manchester. Is it better to go to Mobay?

Sounds like your hubby's exam was a breeze compared to some. My mister was there for 6 1/2 hours yesterday and he arrived around 6:30 - 7 a.m.!

i realized i loved him on my return trip after meeting him.. it was 3 mnths later. We had been having a really good time even tho the trip was a disaster almost but we made the best of things like we always seem to do.. things were just going so well , i just blurted out "i love u" it was totally unexpected, but i guess as they say "what is in u will eventually come out"

Well Quana we have known each other for a long time and I was not ready for a LDR ever again after my first one. He really stuck in there with me and was patient and would never pressure me. One weekend my daughter was gone the entire weekend and I was so lonely and I hated it. I thought to myself one day she will be out of the house and I will be all alone. I have this man that loves me and wants to be with me so I called him right then and told him I was ready to be with him and the rest is history.
