CONGRATS SUS! I knew you would rock it!

Ladies I am beat with this new position is working a Sistah out trust me! Don't get me wrong I am so happy and blessed for the opportunity but I am putting in longer hours and even working from home (and in the supermarket LOL) into the hours of the night and I feel so bad because I think I am neglecting my Hubby. He of course is so supportive and understands that my job is important but me and us a family but as a I Wife feel extremely guilty. I am going to try and optimize my time a bit more and leave work at 5:30 and but I will still have to bring work home because that is the nature of my position and I am always on call, so there still is an issue that I have to be available. I also have to add into the equation that I'm embarking on obtaining my CCNA Cisco Networking Certification. Okay Ladies I guess I am just venting, I am work through it I have been through worse challenges before.

Hey Philly well what can you do you have to work. I'm sure the hubby will be o.k. just try your best to maybe take one day out of the week that you'll do nothing for your job but be on call. For instance maybe Sat evenings or Sunday afternoons you can dedicate to just paying attention to your family at least for a couple of hours. As women you know we have to wear may different hats and its not like your sleeping all day your trying to make a living and further your career. Stop worrying!!! Just try to keep up your strength up so you won’t feel or get run done and take one day at a time. I know it’s easier said than done but you can do it!!!!

Thanks DADA for the encouragement, funny you mentioned Saturday and Sunday, girl I told him I wanted to stay in bed all day Sunday for Mother's day that was the best present! LOL He looked at me like

Saturday we are going pick out the new living room furniture I know that's not exciting but hey he is excited LOL.

I am going to get my self together and spice it up a bit on Saturday LOL but I still want to sleep on Sunday Because I have no idea when I will get that chance again

Oh Yeah I can't wait for the Real wives of ATL either, I never watched NY I couldn't get in to them..... Are you watching NY?

Ellliiiiiiiissssss :cry: :cry: Rudebwoy II passed away Tuesday when I was at work, he had gotten out of the house and was gone for a few hours and wasn't the same since. I have no idea what happened but I am devastated, I can't take losing another animal, I am crushed...... My Hubby buried him for me in Papito's grave in the garden and we held a funeral last night and we are having nine night as well. It's so hard and it was so sudden. He came up in the bed with me that morning and was very still I and close to me I believe he was trying to tell me then, he knew he didn't have long but was trying to be brave. I am going to make a video for him too like i did with Papito or maybe just append to the existing memorial..... Oh I am a mess girl..... :cry: :cry:

I'm SOOO sorry to read this! :cry: Pets are so unconditionally loving that it's just as painful as losing a person. Animals sometimes do have a way of telling you things and he probably was saying he loves you and goodbye. The one thing that makes me feel better about the loss of a pet is knowing that they were given the chance at a good life with a loving human which so many other animals never get. He lived a very happy life with you and gave you lots of love in turn. Hopefully one day you'll feel strong enough to bring a new 'baby' into the house....maybe a Rudebwoy III or even a Rudegyal!

For those of you who read The Love Dare, did you implement it when you were separated? It seems like something to do when we're together. After all, it's easy to be patient when you're only talking to someone for a couple of hours a day.

My book came in today, but I'm thinking to start it when I go to Jamaica in 9 days, rather than start now, over the phone.

Just passing through....HI YALL',..... still having computer problems and not enough time to take care of them....started a new job this week and it starts at 5am!!! I just keep thinking....this is just a short term job....you can do it!!!....Hope everyone is doing well...Check back soon....

I was offered a job here in the states by a company who is also hiring in Mobay......but I didn't accept it as I accepted another job with better $. I am working with the HR rep though to see if since I was already put through all the processes....that once I get there it will make it easier to get on ???
