Hello! 'you have a good weekend? Today was my mother's birthday, so we had her over for cake and dinner. I also showed her the present I got MYSELF for HER birthday. (Just kidding).

Yeah my weekend was okay i had to work but thats part of life...aww that sweet what you did for your mom..and her bday is so close to mothers day

Hi... back :)

Just attempted ab ripper x from the P90X workout. BRUTAL! I couldn't do half of what they did, but just from trying has me EXTRA sweaty.

GIRRRLL! What were you thinking. Just watching that tv promotion makes my body ache all over. 'though I have heard nothing but good things. My friend at work is doing it right now. He brings the weights to work with him. Keep it up!

i have been doing these ab workout too and boy does it work me out my favorite workout is wii fit

Go on wit your bad self! I am allergic to working out. The best I do is pilates for dummies. Just a stretch here and there and hope for the best. I hope to someday take it more serious. Shaun has a regimen for me and I am running out of excuses. Here's to a healthier you!

Yeah. Since I did not grow up here I opt out of the mother's day and other holidays. Except for the one's I like--New Year's Eve, Cinco De Mayo etc. any holiday that celebrates drinking. Everyone at work knows I don't celebrate holidays so they sign me up to work for all holidays. I don't mind. My daughter does not mind either her father's family make up for all that. They even celebrate groundhog day and flag day with a barbecue. My mom just gets her birthday and a kiss and hug for Mother's Day!

yeah i decided this year i was going to be healthier plus my doctor told me if i planned to have another baby i should try to lose a little weight just to have a healthier pregnancy cuz with my son i had gestational diabietes
