Happy Birthday Nat!!!!! And because I'm Dada I'm going to give you a tip for the day.. Did you know that if you eat an Altoid right before (fill in the blank) it give you the sensation of a peppermint patty.....

TRelawny, there is nothing that works 100% in this area. I have been taking some many allergy pills since January, and I am still sneezing and coughing. The only thing that works is when I leave the country. When I go to Florida, or Jamaica, I'm fine. This is why I am leaving again next week, I can't take this much longer.

..I've lost 8lbs (which is a great thing) since the allergy season kicked in, I'm just tired of people asking me if I'm crying or is there anything I can do for you. So, I put a note on office door with a sign that says if you're wearing perfumes of any kind, hair spray or any kind of body spray don't come near, if you have pets at home don't come near me. Guess I'll be Ms. Antisocial for the next month of so... oh well, a so life go more times

try this: It worked for me and for several friends. One of them had HORRIBLE allergies

get some locally farmed honey (it must be local so it is made fromt he pollen in your area) and take about 1 tablespoon a day, either in tea, on toast, whatever

give it a couple of days and you should be fine...you just will need to continue to take the honey

We are cool. I appreciate that you are trying to give my sister some real advice from a Jamaican male perspective...but some things are not necessary. She has never had a negative exchange with anyone on this site...so please don't come at her crazy attacking her heart or her faith. O.k. so did anyone watch For the Love of Ray J reunion last night? Was it me or did Cocktail ova do it with the kissing or is she really that happy? Did anyone think Unique's hair was a little high? I take it she likes big hair and her hairdo she normally rocks is cute but last night to me it was a bigger than normal I think that is why Danger said something to her about it. I see Danger piped down and I liked how Ray J was talking to the girls for real. No sugar coating it he said what he wanted to say. I didn’t even know it was coming on.
