I still get (probably unnecessarily) heated over certain things too but try to control myself. I feel bad after for being such a diva but at the time of course felt justified. We were trying to sort out his car insurance and I wanted the 'certificate of fitness' to be in his name since everything else is in someone else's....I wanted him to establish something for himself. Well, when it was finished, it was still NOT in his name and I almost came unglued! I flung the paper back at him and later felt like such a crow! So, I have those moments too but try to make most of the time nice and agreeable.

I know Ells I promise I'm going to be a good girl this time!! No fighting from me plus its his b-day so I’ll be on my best behavior. He made sure I had fun on mines and he went with the flow and gave me no grief so I owe him the return favor. Funny yesterday we got into it well in a joking way and he was like well when you get here were not . I said yeah he was like yup so i was like lets bet on who ask who first and he was like o.k. Stupid man he just don’t know what tricks I go up my sleeve. I bet I win this bet...lol

I do look aback and see all the time we wasted arguing so that is another reason why I plan on chilling this time.

Oh yeah, I'm pretty sure it's us women who can hold out longer than the man (most of the time anyway) so I know who's gonna win that bet! LOL! You'll have a much better time without the fussing over every little thing. Of course, you're always allowed to nag some if he does anything really stupid!

That's the part I have to overcome...like something will happen while I'm over there that is different from how it would happen here and right away my cackles come up...that's where I have to learn ot chose my battles

Carmita I am sorry to hear of your misfortune. These words are for you and for others like you who may be to ashamed to tell others what they are going through. You are a good, beautiful and worthwhile person. I hope you do not let what has transpired between you and your husband change you for the worse. I hope you do not let it stop you from living a happy and fulfilled life with someone who loves and appreciates how wonderful you are. My hope is that this will only be a minor mark on the canvas of the rest of your life. I pray that one day you forgive Dewayne (but that does not mean you must let him back in your life.) Remember always to cast your cares upon God because he cares for you.

I am hurting so much for you right now, i can only imagine how you feel, as i have been on the receiving end of one of those types of phone calls from my ex, the end result now is that my youngest son, has a sister 6 months younger than him, so i have been there.
