PRISM is the one in Taft Ave and they do issue yellow certificate after the guidance and counseling, you pay P250 for this one... the one in Pres. Quirino Ave is the CFO Main where you will get the stamp/sticker and they'll also give you the green cert, you pay P400 for this one.

go to the CFO office, bring your certificate (green one) they'll give you the sticker for free.

bkt yung sken yellow?? psensya na nde yta ako nkikinig nung time na nag attend ako ng seminar pno mkuha yung green?

Did you get your stamp/sticker already after you got the visa? If not, then go to CFO Main for that...

Ay! oo nga! Php250 for seminar and Php400 for the sticker/stamp. I remebered now lol! Basta Php650 lahat ng babayaran at hindi libre and sticker hehe :D

And it is always advisable to go take the sticker/stamp ahead of time. During my time, some people there got their flights scheduled that same day. The CFO main had power outage from 10:00am till 3:00pm and no stickers/stamps were issued until the power was resumed. Most of them were complaining that they'll miss and missed their flights already. Better anticipate any glitches than be sorry...

After my interview in Cebu, i got a blue and green certificate so i guess i need to get the yellow one and a sticker . So, can anyone give me an exact address where can I get the yellow certificate? Mostly when i am in Manila i used to stay in some hotel in Malate. Is it close to Malate where I can get the sticker?

There's only one PRISM and here's their address: 2nd Flr. Equitable PCI Bank Bldg, 2422 TAFT AVE., Malate, Manila. And yes, it is in front of De LaSalle Univ.

The other place where you can take the guidance and counseling is at SMEF-COW, which is in Aurora Blvd, Quezon City.

The one on Pres. Quirino Ave. is the CFO Main where you get your stamp/sticker.
