Hello everyone, last year I attended the CFO seminar in Cebu. Right now that i got my visa, where can i get the CFO sticker? Can I get it there in Manila or do I need to get back in Cebu where i attended the seminar? Does it takes longer to get a sticker? or do I need to make an appointment before i can get the CFO sticker? and how much is the fees?

Pleaseee... I need your help again.

i heard you can do both (either)! that was last yr. im not sure now but i bet its still the same. best to call them  just go there early (esp. in manila) medyo hindi pa busy... coz its always busy and they will hand you a priority number... and about the fee, did you pay twice in cebu? one for the seminar and one for the CFO agency? coz i paid twice during my time so when i went back to get a sticker, i showed them my receipt P400 ata yun for the cfo... so wala ng bayad. good luck!!!

The certificate that you'll receive from attending the Guidance and Counseling is the yellow color one. When you go to get the stamp/sticker, they'll also give you another certificate (along with the sticker/stamp that they'll put on your passport), which is green.

nag punta ka naba sa cfo (quirino or quezon ata)? kasi i think yung yellow, certificate yun from the seminar itself (sa prism ata sa akin)... then you can go to cfo pakita mo yung certificate from your seminar, mag bayad ka, they will give you a green certificate tsaka receipt... pag wala ka pang interview, just hold on to ur receipt and ur certificate, then pag my visa kana, balik ka ulit sa office nila... or pwede rin after kana sa interview pupunta para maka save ng time...

The sticker/stamp is NOT free. The seminar cost Php400 and the sticker cost Php250. If you paid Php650 on your seminar then that means you don't have to pay for the sticker/stamp because they already included it in your payment.

Is that where you had the seminar too? Coz that's probably why... I had my seminar at PRISM then went to Quirino for the sticker so I basically had two certificates -- yellow and green -- then that sticker/stamp on my passport.

ay pasensya na! hindi ko na alam ang mga colors ngayon... kasi based yun sa experience ko... i went to prism, paid them for the seminar, and gave me a yellow cert na may photo... then went to cfo quirino and paid them for the small green (rectangular) cert... then when i got my visa nag balik ako then they put a sticker on my passort wala ng bayad don...

Correct me if I am wrong but I think that if you attend in PRISM, they'll give you yellow cert. and if you attend in SMEF then they'll give you blue cert and the green cert that they attached in our passport is the one that came from CFO.

PRISM is the one in Taft Ave and they do issue yellow certificate after the guidance and counseling, you pay P250 for this one... the one in Pres. Quirino Ave is the CFO Main where you will get the stamp/sticker and they'll also give you the green cert, you pay P400 for this one.

go to the CFO office, bring your certificate (green one) they'll give you the sticker for free.

Did you get your stamp/sticker already after you got the visa? If not, then go to CFO Main for that...

Edit to add: I noticed that you have not done your interview, thus no visa yet. Once you got the visa, go to CFO main, take the yellow cert with you, pay P400 and they'll give you your green cert and stamp/sticker.
