My sister requested the authenticated copies of my BC and marriage certificate from NSO for me: I gave her authorization letter with both our signatures appearing at the bottom, my ID and her ID.

What I did was my mom wrote an authorization letter stating that I am requesting for BC and I am allowing my sister to get it pero syempre yung sign nun mama ko na lang nagsign kunwari ako yung nagsulat ng letter pero yung mama ko tlga gumawa ng letter hehe tas nisend nila sa aking yung BC thru mail.
