A lot of stores don't require a receipt, especially if you're registered there. My friend returned stuff to Target, Macy's and Bed Bath and Beyond all without a receipt. They just gave her store credit. The Macy's stuff just had to have the "Required for Return" sticker on it, which it did.

Bed Bath and Beyond will return anything. I returned a used broken closet thing that I got from there and they didn't even ask me why I was returning it or what kind of condition it was in.

I was impressed with the return policy of Bed Bath and Beyond. That is where the bulk of stuff that my fiance' and I registered for is. He came with me. I didn't want to decorate the house for MY tastes. As it is, he is moving into "my place". I want our home to about us, not what I had in it before (except my furniture since he doesn't have any to speak of). But new curtains, towels, dishes, bedding, bathroom things, kitchen towels, etc will be a nice change for me. I registered at Macy's and Target too.

If I can't return it, the item just might show up on ebay though if I really don't want it. We have only so much storage space. Regifting can get a little dicey in a community like mine.

My photographer sent me a little surprise today! She had finally finished sorting through the my wedding photos from November and posted quite a bit on Facebook. I am sooo impressed at how the photos turned out.

Since the hubby and I want to be prudent on our 2011 wedding expense, I hired a former sorority sister to do my photos. She is a Math wizard/physicist by day, and an amateur photographer by night -- or during her free time. As I will be her first official client, she gave me a very generous package that included my 2009 civil ceremony and engagement photos (to come!). Of course, I was apprehensive that I would have mediocre pictures, but whatever, I wasn't planning on getting a photographer originally. But she is wonderful and I am just soo happy and lucky! I swear, this girl has made me 10x skinnier than I really look :P

Anyway, I just wanted to share some of my favorite photos from my wedding -- these were taken at my in-laws' front yard, right before our champagne toast.

That's what I was thinking too! You're so little and he's so tall... and you're wearing heels!! So cute.

I'm about 10 inches shorter than my husband and I thought that was a big difference! How tall is he?! I guess you'll always have someone to reach the stuff on the top shelf.

Thanks Marilyn :) I am SO happy the pictures turned out that way... at least I am not embarrassed to have them shown in the house :P

Huggles: My husband is 6'2 and according to the last doctor I visited, I am 4'11.

We drive each other crazy about where to put things in the house. He LOVES to put things up high as he does not like objects cluttering on tables and lower shelves, whereas I have everything where I can reach them, so I dont need a step stool to grab anything!

Of course, we drive each other crazy in other ways too ;)

Finally married... and still married... ;)

 That's cute! My husband is 6'2 as well, but I'm 5'3-5'4, so I have a couple inches on you. But I definitely understand the reaching distance thing, especially when it comes to the kitchen. We're living at my in laws place right now and their kitchen cabinets are all up way to high. I can only access the bottom shelf. I can't wait to move into our new place with the nice low cabinets! Sometimes I think the world is made for tall people

The pictures definitely turned out really nice!

Darkchild those are such nice pics! hehe david is 6'3 and i'm 5'4. i know what its like when he puts the cookies too high up for me!!

So we finallyd chose April 11th as the official wedding day. And we just ordered our wedding bands from Zales. Slowly starting to get evryting ready. Davids mom gave me a wedding book, but i'ts too fancy and too big i find for the small ceremony we're doing this year. Think i'm a save it for next year when we have the proper wedding. i'ts one of those fancy hallmark ones with the white bows and veil like material on the cover.

Now if only i could get over this stupid head cold i have..:(
