Hey all...

My interview is on April 27....I am really nervous...My only concern that this is my second marriage...First time i got married in May 2007 in Vegas...It didn't work out...It was annulled...Later less than year i got married again on April,14 2008...Is this gonna be problem??? We got a lot of bona-fide documents to show...Lease.credit card bills, auto and health insurance, pictures...

08/14/2008 - I 130 sent

11/21/2008 - I-130 upgraded to USC

12/17/2008 - I-130 approved

12/30/2008 - I-485, I-693, I-864, I-131, I-765 sent

01/10/2009 - NOA for I-485, I-131 received I-765 rejected (old form)

01/12/2009 - I-765 resubmitted

01/14/2009 - received letter for biometrics appointment on January 27

01/20/2009 - NOA for I-765 received

01/21/2009 - biometrics walk-in

03/10/2009 - CRIS e-mail I-131 approved

03/14/2009 - letter for initial interview on April 27 received

03/16/2009 - AP received

03/27/2009 - EAD in mail...Status online"still pending"

04/27/2009 - AOS interview - approved!!!!!!!

05/02/2009 - welcome letter in mail...Status online " still pending"

05/05/2009 - GREEN CARD received!!!!!!!!!YEAH!!!!

No problem, as long as you prove that this is also Bona-fide marriage.

You have to take the annullment/divorce papers with you for the interview.

You don't have to be nervous about it.

I-130 mailed 01/13/09

I-130 received by USCIS 01/16/09

NOA1 Mail for I-130 received 01/22/09

I-485 Package mailed 02/17/09

I-485 Package received by USCIS 02/20/09

NOA1 Mail for I-485 & I-765 received 02/26/09

NOA2 e-mail for I-130 Approval 03/03/09 (47 Days)

NOA2 Hard Copy of I-130 Approval received 03/07/09

Biometrics Done 03/24/09

REAL WAIT BEGINS .........

NOTE : I DID NOT APPLY FOR AP (I-131) AND STILL CAN'T SEE ON-LINE STATUS FOR AOS & EAD !.....
