ITRs killing me... Please help...

Hi guys..

Please help me

My husbands co-sponsor (father in law) done with his affidavit of support attached there is his emploment cert, bank statement, paystab and w-2s for past 3 years but he doesnt have his ITRs because he's not getting them and its almost five years. "HE IS PAYING TAX BUT THE THINGS IS HE DONT GET HIS ITRs because his reason is he dont need extra money and he is lazy". Also, it seems its impossible to get his and its a lot of work my interview is coming up...

What should i do? My hubby did his affidavit too he have his emploment certificate, bank statement, paystab and w-2s for past 3 years ITRs 2005-2008

will i get deny becuase i dont have my father in law ITRs even if he is paying tax but he dont claim them? does w-2s for past 3 years will suffice?

please help me im super depressed!

Bottom line, your father-in-law is breaking the law. He is required to file ITRs by law (very few exceptions). Yeah, he is paying taxes, but unless he files, he has no idea if he is paying too much tax or not enough. If he filed, he might not be GETTING any extra money, but instead he might be paying extra money.

I'm not sure how USEM will view this. You might want to look for a new co-sponsor.

Life..... Nobody gets out alive.

even i have his w-2s for 2006-2008 they will deny me because of ITRs?

Hi, during my interview the consul didnt asked for the attachment of my co sponsor, She only asked for the W2 of my husband and thats it. Its depend on the consul.You will be ok. Just pray :)

Yeap, hope for the best, because those COs aren't computers ... they can be moody ... while it was only yesterday that Dave the CO was asked for this, this and this, the next day, after his wife told him she was pregnant with their 5th child, he was asking for this and that and that and this, this, this and that... you just never know about those COs! :)
