honest to goodness, I opened my passport today and I couldn't believe how grouchy I looked! Then I looked at my old passport and it's a wonder that I wasn't flagged as a serial killer!

OH i wish I had a scanner I'd scan my picture.. it's nasty.. i am 40+ lbs heavier, and I seriously look like a convict..

Every time I go through a crossing and use my passport they just LOOK at me.. I don't look ANYTHING like my picture :)

lol its ok, US passports do it too. They make all the colors weird and the whole pic looks weird and fake. i kinda like hubby's passport pic, his visa/greencard pic is another story lol. I guess he held his eyes open a little too much since he closed them on the first one, so he looks like he's scared and about to get shot lolol

I look really angry... and they put a treatment on it that makes it seem darker than normal, so not only do I look grumpy, I also look evil. Funny enough, the picture on my need passport looks virtually identical to my old one... taken when I was 17! Sad...

I think it is one of the grounds for denial of your passport application - if the picture makes you look at all good they have to reject it and have you redo it. :whistle:

Mine is awesomely terrible. I had a couple of customs guys look at my pic, look at me, look back at my pic and then hand it back saying "This looks nothing like you." :lol:

My passport photo is typically ew. I scanned it, along with my birth certificate and all that, for my b/f to have to print off with paperwork he's filing... so he tried printing it off, but couldn't quite figure out right away how to print it off original size, rather than FULL PAGE SIZE.

So, he has a full 8 1/2 x 11 page version of my passport, complete with photo.... :wacko:

Good thing he still loves me anyway
