First of all CONGRAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this is a huge step ..rest to be easier as u r out of USCIS

in your NOA2 approval notice u can find the NVC phone number

in case its (603)-334-0700

u will need to call ..rather to follow the voice response system or to press 1 for english THEN 5 to talk to an operator

talking to an operator is more good ..as the voice system not always updated bla bla bla

u r approved in April ..so dont expect to find any informations about ur case at NVC now

hardly MARCH 23 approvals could find details ...after that date none still ..so keep calling everyday till u get it ..dont worry if u will wait for like 15 or 20 days ....that so normal these days with NVC

when and in case ur petitions got a case number so simply make the operator put ur email and the beneficiary email ...

then u get informations along ur case

Good Luck

please ignore MOST of my reply there

K1 is moved to NVC then it leave NVC to consulate within 2 -5 days most cases

the beneficiary will get a letter from the consulate stating requires tests and interview time

u can sure still call NVC to know when ur case will leave

Unfortunately, it seems that many K1s doesn't get out of NVC in a weeks time anymore. Some are lucky but many are not even in their system yet. All they will tell you is that it will take 2-4 weeks and sometimes 90 days to get to them.

Also try reading the WIKI guides for NVC. Answer many questions and your able to prepare for NVC stage part of this journey. Then on to interview, prepare now , its best and less stress.

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.
