You will have K4 for your daughter if you will apply for K3. K2 is for children of K1 visa holder(means Fiancee visa ).

The way things are now it's MUCH better to go for CR-1/CR-2 than K3/K4.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

If you are a K-3 then the daughter can be K-4... If you come CR1/IR1 then then the daughter will be same

YMMV

Thanks :) ... was just confused coz my sis told me k2 for my daughter and k4 is for the us citizen.

A USC does not need a visa so they would never have a visa classification assigned

YMMV

If you do file the CR-1/IR-1, you'd need to file a separate one for your child as well. This will need to be done whether you take the CR-1/IR-1 or K3/K4 route. I suggest CR-1/IR-1 route over the K3/K4.
