yes to all..as it is against the law and we all know the haters..like to go by the rule of the law

It's not against the law to advocate whatever the #### you want. Freedom of speech and all that.

I for one would like to see the fascist Democrat-Republican government overthrown, though not by force or violence.

Vote the f*ckers out.

That part in red...pay attention to what the Right Wing Extremists are saying. The 1st Amendment doesn't protect speech advocating the violent overthrow of the government. If we had groups of Radical Islamists in this country saying some of the sh!t being said right now by Right Wing Nutjobs, we'd be calling them enemies of the state...and rightly so. This is treasonous.

Though P was asked in his AOS interview if he had any plans to engage in genocide or overthrow the US government. Luckily the interviewer had a really great sense of humor, because we both laughed involuntarily!

We wondered if it was because he's German :)

--- Thomas Jefferson in 1787, after the Revolutionary War wrote:

"A little rebellion, now and then, is a good thing, and as necessary in the political world as storms in the physical…It is a medicine necessary for the sound health of government."

and

"The spirit of resistance to government is so valuable on certain occasions that I wish it to be always kept alive. It will often be exercised when wrong, but better so than not to be exercised at all."

At the time he believed that the federal government as set up by himself, Madison, Hamilton and the other framers was a frail thing and unlikely to last long, and that in fact periodic revolutions and overthrows of the government were in the best interests of liberty. The phrases above sure sound like incitement to overthrow the government, and indeed they were. Was Jefferson treasonous, by that standard?

If I advocate overthrowing the government in charge in Darfur, Sudan, would I be considered ineligible for citizenship?

Or in Iraq, for that matter?

That's what I was thinking
